"Dr. Ledbetter is one of most professional people I have had the pleasure of working with. She listens to her patients needs and concerns and works extremely hard to make them happy. Her prices are very competitive. She has dispensed a hearing aid to my mom and musician ear plugs to my friend in a band. Both were quite pleased." — Karen L.

If you'd like to take advantage of our home visit program, reach out to us for more information.
We want you to be satisfied with your hearing aids, and if something goes wrong, we are here to help. We don’t put a limit on how often we will see patients, so if you need our support, just give us a call or drop by our office. You should never be stuck with hearing aids that don't work or aren't comfortable. Let us make it right and find a solution.
One way to keep your hearing aids working is to properly clean and maintain them. If dexterity or vision issues make it harder for you to change your own batteries or clean your own devices, we're happy to help. Otherwise, we will show you how to do it yourself and will walk you through it until you're comfortable. If you ever forget, just let us know and we'll go over it again with you.
Although pediatrics isn't our primary focus, we do work with many children. We understand that it can be overwhelming if your child has hearing loss, and we're here to help you. We make kids and their families feel at home, from our friendly office to the bright colors and sticker options we give kids to customize their hearing devices. And we can collaborate with your child's school or educational audiologist to ensure support in and out of the classroom.
